1. Returns and or Exchanges

Tokushin’s policy is that we do a thorough inspection of every product inside each box prior to making any deliveries, thus damage or problems should be next to none. However, we are not perfect and thus errors are possible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) you purchased is defective or if the wrong item(s)/wrong quantity was delivered.

Item(s) to be returned or exchanged must be traceable by an Invoice of purchase.

If the product is still in its original box or at least is in good selling condition (that is also subject to appropriate remaining shelf life) then we will normally issue a CREDIT once the goods have been retrieved.

If the product was damaged but still has appropriate remaining shelf life, then we can issue a credit based on trust. However, if we find that this policy is abused by the store then Tokushin Enterprises reserves the right to deny all future credits.
If the product is damaged to the point where it’s missing contents (such as a bundle of 3 dried noodles inside 1 bag but it’s missing 2 of the 3 bundles, or a can of coffee was opened and consumed etc.) then the return/credit is VOID. We do not allow the return of goods with conditions that are beyond re-sale as we would never deliver such an item that is “partially consumed” to any customer.

Products that do not have any of our company labels showing our Item# and our Company name Tokushin Enterprises Ltd will not be accepted.

Products that have a Best Before date that does not match the record that we have sold to the store directly even if it has our Tokushin Label will not be accepted either (e.g. if you have a chain store and Store B brought over inventory from Store A and it “expires” or whatever problem it may be and tries to return it)
